This two-day event organised by the University of Cambridge will focus on 'Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Long Term Data Preservation and Access'. With keynote speakers representing disciplines ranging from high energy physics to digital humanities, from bioinformatics to libraries, this two-day conference will address perspectives from technology, policy and the social sciences on data as our human record. On 15 March Simon Waddington from project partner King's College London will join 'Workshop 2: Current and Future perspectives on technology for data preservation and sharing' to deliver a presentation entitled 'PERICLES – Management of change to enable long term reuse'. A poster with the same title has also been submitted to the event.
