Semantics for change management on 21/10/2015

A number of different topics are described in this report, including: extensions to the previous version of the Linked Resource Model (LRM) to take into account dynamic issues and be able to represent change management related concepts; definitions of the different lifecycle stages of resources and corresponding semantics; algorithms that based on the previous notions can perform change propagation within the whole dependency graph but also more localised changes and impact calculation. This document is a companion to the ontology that describes all main notions dealt with in our model (included in the archive) and also presents the operational components (i.e. algorithms) that can be used to perform change propagation in that context.
